Hi, I’m Mo, the makeup artist behind MoDesignsU.

My journey into makeup started from my own personal experience. Living with PCOS, I experienced razor bumps and the impact they had on how I felt about my skin. That experience inspired me to explore makeup as a way to enhance my features and feel more confident in my own skin.

What started as something personal grew into a passion for helping others feel the same way. I believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful when they sit in my chair—no matter their skin type, features, or experience with makeup.

My goal is never to make you feel like you need to change who you are. Instead, I want to enhance what makes you uniquely you and create a look that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful.

Since beginning my makeup journey, I’ve had the opportunity to work behind the scenes at two Houston fashion shows, giving me experience creating makeup looks in a fast-paced fashion environment. I am also a certified makeup artist and continue to grow my skills and experience with every client and opportunity.
